Do you have a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of survivors? If so, we are looking for a dedicated Housing Navigator to join our team at Call To Freedom in Sioux Falls, SD.
Job Responsibilities:
Assess the housing needs of survivors of trafficking or exploitation
Develop and implement individualized housing plans
Coordinate with community partners to identify and secure safe and stable housing options
Provide ongoing support and advocacy to survivors as they transition into housing
Collaborate with case managers and other team members to ensure integrated service delivery
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of housing services provided
Participate in trainings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with survivors of trafficking, exploitation, or other trauma
Knowledge of housing resources and programs in the Sioux Falls area
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with survivors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field preferred
