Call to Freedom is hiring a Youth Prevention Trainer to lead community education and prevention efforts focused on youth at risk of human trafficking. This role delivers trainings, builds partnerships, and strengthens community response efforts across the Sioux Falls area.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver prevention trainings and presentations to youth and community partners
- Facilitate “Speak Up” and “Ready to Stand” curricula
- Build partnerships with schools, churches, and youth-serving organizations
- Coordinate a local training calendar and outreach efforts
- Support community response teams addressing youth trafficking
- Provide guidance on referrals and intervention strategies
- Track training outcomes and maintain documentation
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Experience with trauma, human trafficking, violence, or youth services preferred
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care
- Familiarity with South Dakota child welfare systems a plus
- Organization, flexibility, and community-orientation
Requirements
- Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
